We use the Hot Water Extraction system for cleaning because for the majority of carpet it is the best system.
Our machines have a high vacuum rate to remove as much of the rinsing water as possible- more than 95%
in most cases. The more water removed the more dirt removed.
Microsplitting cleaning products are used as we believe these to be the safest we can obtain.
The cleaning prespray solution comprises a mixture of salts that break the bonds of
the dirt with the fibres. They contain no bleaches, enzymes, solvents or optical
brighteners and are very safe to use. The article is misted over with the cleaning
solution which is then lightly brushed in. It is then rinsed out using plain water in
a spray extraction machine. This leaves minimal residue to reattract soiling.
When other systems have been used by other cleaners we frequently have problems
with foam or residues left in the carpet from previous cleanings. These residues are
usually sticky and regular vacuum cleaning has not been able to remove the
subsequent soiling.
Because our machines are so powerful most carpets are dry in about 60 minutes or 30
minutes by using blower driers.
On certain types of closed loop pile carpeting often found in offices and other commercial
situations a semi dry system can be used. This dries much quicker than extraction cleaning
